To help our global network of travelagentsmakeinformeddecisions,EXOpartneredwithHotelResilienttocreateanonline platform that ranks and reviews hotels based on a range of sustainability metrics.To be listed on the Hotel Resilient platform, hotels must complete a series of 60 questions on topics fromHuman Resources management, to environmental actions and local community support. The assessments andsupporting data are evaluated based on a set of criteria developed by industry experts and aligned with theGSTC criteria.Once the audit is completed, the hotel and its results are added to the platform. For categories in which theyexcelled, scores are displayed on the listing page to provide users with an at-a-glance understanding of thehotels rankings. As a result, partners can log-in from anywhere at any time and search for responsible hotelswithin a destination or search for a specific property by name.EXO Travel also makes it easy to identify responsible accommodation within our Agent Hub. Hotels that meet orexceed our standards are tagged as Eco-Friendly or Socially Aware, enabling partners to identify and selectvetted properties for their travellers journey.
